Banane ka Tariqa (Procedure)
- Chawal ka Pani (Rice Water): Chawal ko achi tarah dho len. Phir 250 ml pani mein 10 minute tak ubaalein aur phir chhan (strain) len. Is doodhiya pani ko alag rakh len jo skin ke liye bahut faide mand hai.
- Alsi aur Long ka Gel: Ek pan mein 200 ml taza pani, alsi ke beej aur long dalein. Halki aanch par 8-10 minute pakaein jab tak pani gaarha hokar gel ki shakal ikhtiyar na kar le. Ise malmal ke kapre se chhan kar gel nikaal len.
- Mix Karein: Jab gel halka garam ho, to is mein chawal ka pani dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur thanda hone den.
- Aakhri Marhala: Ab is mein aloe vera gel, glycerin, arq-e-gulab aur vitamin E capsule ka tail shamil karein. Agar lavender oil hai to wo bhi dal den aur silky hone tak mix karein.
- Store Karein: Is gel ko saaf glass jar mein bhar kar fridge mein rakhen. Long ki wajah se ye gel 4 hafte tak kharab nahi hota.
